Exporters can submit an application online by following the steps mentioned below:

  • Navigate to the APEDA website and select "Member Registration" from the drop-down menu.
  • Enter the required information, including your CODE, email address, and phone number, and then click the submit button.
  • An One-Time Password will be sent to your e-mail address and cellphone number; this password must be entered on the verification screen prior to pressing the Submit button.
  • After the verification is complete, complete the online application and upload the necessary papers. Documents should be saved in JPEG, PDF, or PNG format only.
  • The online application can be completed in several sessions by returning to the website with the provided OTP and logging in. Once the information has been put into the relevant areas, save the data. Until you make an online payment, you may modify the information you've provided.
  • The registration fees is Rs. 5,000 (excluding taxes) and may be paid using any of the following methods: a) Credit card (MasterCard and Visa), b) Debit card (MasterCard and Visa), or c) Demand draught payable to "APEDA" in the relevant cities.
  •  An application number will be produced upon the completion of the payment procedure. You will need this application number in the future.
  • After the RCMC has been issued, the exporter's registered email address will get login credentials. On the APEDA website, exporters can access their accounts by clicking the "Exporter Login" option.
  • Until the application is issued, the status of the RCMC application can be tracked by clicking the "Track Application" link and providing the IE Code and Application number.
  • If the application contains any deficiencies, the exporter must monitor the application's status and resubmit the document online.
  • The final step is for APEDA authorities to authorise RCMC, after which the Certificate may be accessed by logging onto APEDA and selecting "View RCMC Certificate" under the RCMC Menu.
