  • The Central Government shall dispose of an application for a change of registration office outside the state within sixty days of receipt and may, before to issuing an order, satisfy itself that creditors, debenture holders, and other interested parties have approved the move.
  • The CG authorization must be filed with both the old and new Registrars of the company's registered office.
  • The Registrar of the state where the registered office is relocating must record the change and issue a new certificate of incorporation reflecting the transfer.
