Change Registered Office Address

An Overview - Change Registered Office Address of Pvt. Ltd. Company

Section 12 of the Corporations Act, 2013 stipulates that all companies and limited liability partnerships must have a registered office at the time of registration or within 30 days. The registered office address of a corporation or LLP is its major place of business, and all official communication from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) is directed only to this location. Therefore, any change to the registered office address must be reported to the RoC or MCA.

A business may have additional offices, such as an administrative office, corporate office, or branch office. However, the MCA should only be notified of the address of the registered office. No notice is required to the RoC or MCA for the creation or address change of a company's other offices.

By utilising a team of competent experts and Chartered Accountants, we guarantee complete client satisfaction and quick service delivery. With KNAP Advisory, you may alter your company's address within five to seven business days.
