KNAP Advisory Private Limited is a business advisory firm in Saket, New Delhi. We give advice and professional services to clients across India and overseas, helping them set up businesses, obtain registrations and licences, and stay compliant with tax and company law.
We work closely with clients and take an approach that is good for all stakeholders: founders, investors, employees and the authorities they deal with. We have always judged our success by how well our clients do.
Most of our clients come to us at the start: choosing a structure, registering a company or LLP, getting a GST number or an import-export code. Many stay with us afterwards for accounting, tax returns and annual ROC compliance, because it is simpler to have one team that already knows the business.
